European Commission's special representative at Chisinau, Cesare de Montis declared on Wednesday during a meeting with the Parliament's Speaker Mihai Ghimpu that the EU is ready to offer the Republic of Moldova all the support needed to recover from the economic crisis.

Cesare de Montis declared that the EU is ready to talk to international financial organizations to support Moldova's economic development and added that the EU is ready to re-open negotiations for an agreement with Moldova.

De Montis explained that the last year was a difficult year for bilateral relations and addressed Ghimpu an invitation for an official visit in Brussels to meet EU officials. (HotNews.ro)
