World Bank Supports Moldova in Managing Disaster and Climate Risk
The World Bank Board of Executive Directors today approved a financing credit to the Republic of Moldova in the amount of US$ 10 million for the Disaster and Climate Risk Management Project. The main objective of the project is to strengthen the State Hydrometeorological Service's ability to forecast severe weather and improve Moldova's capacity to prepare for and respond to natural disasters.
