EU to help Eastern Neighbours improve waste governance
The European Commission has launched a new regional project aimed at improving waste governance within the countries on the EU's eastern borders. A press release on the website of the EU Delegation in Belarus says the project called "Waste Governance - ENPI East" aims to support Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russia and Ukraine in their efforts to reduce the risks arising from inappropriate management of wastes. »

All those who passed through there know how little it is written or talked about Russia, in contrast with, say, Poland or the Czech republic, where no news coming from Russia goes unnoticed. Remittance Flows to Developing Countries to Decline By 7.3% in 2009, Predicts World Bank
