PACE to observe early parliamentary elections in Moldova
A 27-member delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), led by Indrek Saar (Estonia, SOC), will be in Moldova from 26 to 29 November to observe the holding of the early parliamentary elections, alongside observers from the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, the European Parliament and the OSCE's Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR).
