OSCE organizes leadership summer school for young women from both banks of Dniester/Nistru river
Having women in leadership positions is key to women’s empowerment and a precondition for any country’s prosperity, said the Head of the OSCE Mission to Moldova, Ambassador Jennifer Brush, today as she inaugurated the 2012 Summer School of Leadership for young women in Vadul Lui Voda.
My psot debate smarmuy, others will probably have got something else out of it1, Pre medical school factors, medical school and ‘extra-curricular’ factors and post medical school factors….not just medical school2, The average offer will be different for each medical school, so presumably will correlate with MRCP success in some way (as MRCP success seems to correlate with medical school). Not surprising that higher average offer correlates with more success…3, Doesn’t follow from the results and doesn’t take into account diversity of intake and diversity of intended destinations…but maybe it shouldn’t4, Should take into account intake, improvement of students but also have an absolute target. Difficult5, Openness good, but may impact on what reviewers are willing to get involved in and writenot sure if paper that important or valid. Applying its findings (if it is felt to be important and valid) might be possible but probaby not realistic for most people, neither for the teenager picking their medical school nor for the medical school leader wanting to improve their medical school nor for the employer selecting the best candidate in front of them
