CORLEAP calls for effective decentralisation and fiscal autonomy for cities and regions in Eastern Partnership countries
Mayors and regional politicians from the EU and Eastern neighbouring countries met yesterday for the second annual meeting of the Conference of Regional and Local Authorities for the Eastern Partnership (CORLEAP) in Chişinău, Moldova, in the presence of Kristalina Georgieva, European Commissioner for International Cooperation, Humanitarian Aid and Crisis Response.
