Transdniestrian settlement talks sending positive signal, says OSCE Special Representative
The holding of the Transdniestrian settlement negotiations is sending a positive signal, said the Special Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office for the Transdniestrian Settlement Process Ambassador Radojko Bogojević today.
