President Basescu received Moldovan PM Vlad Filat at Cotroceni Palace
President Traian Basescu on Friday afternoon received at the Cotroceni presidential palace Republic of Moldova Prime Minister Vladimir Filat, whom he thanked for the prompt measures taken by the Chisinau government to reverse the decision to expel the Romanian Ambassador, resume visa issues to Romanians and approve the opening of the two Romanian consulates in Cahul and Balti.
