Today the Head of the European Union Delegation to the Republic of Moldova, Ambassador Dirk Schuebel, and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova, Mr Vlad Filat, signed the Framework Document for the Comprehensive Institution Building Programme 2011-2013 for the Republic of Moldova.
