Starting December 1, 2012, vehicles’ owners shall be issued registration certificates of new type
The project regarding the implementation of new registration certificates has been drafted by the Ministry of Information Technology and Communications in order to adjust the national framework to the requirements of the EU Directive and namely the implementation of advanced technologies and increasing the security level of documents.
