EU aid to Moldova in 2012 is 'absolute record in the EU neighbourhood'
Speaking at an annual meeting of members of an EU-Moldova twinning network in Chisinau, the Head of the European Union Delegation to Moldova, Mr Dirk Schuebel, has described this year as being the most successful in EU-Moldova cooperation until now.
