Basescu asks EPP head support for Rep. of Moldova to sign EU association agreement on May 27
Romanian President Traian Basescu on Sunday welcomed the European People's Party (EPP) leader Joseph Daul at the presidential Cotroceni Palace, asking him for support so that May 27 be set as the date for the Republic of Moldova to sign the European Union Association Agreement as part of an informal meeting of the European Council.
