Mr. Graeme Justice will replace Mr. Thomas Richardson as IMF Mission Chief for Moldova. He is expected to sta rt at the end of this month and will head the next mission of the IMF staff scheduled for September, 2007.
Mr. Justice, a British citizen, has extensive experience in the Fund, including as the IMF resident representative in Ukraine and Romania, and most recently as the mission chief for Montenegro. He has also worked in transition economies and Latin American countries and was the desk economist for Brazil during the economic crisis. Also, Mr. Justice was the IMF representative on the team that has put together the Millennium Development Goals.
